KIND founder Ellen Reesor has years of experience working alongside various worksites to offer online and in-person Corporate Mindfulness/Yoga based programs for employees.

It has been statistically proven that corporate yoga-based programs have become a successful strategy for stress-reduction, boosting morale and mental health, less overall sick time amongst employees, and increased productivity - all of this resulting in a positive effect on a company’s bottom line.

 
 

This is why KIND offers both in-person and live virtual classes alongside an ever-growing library of high quality yoga, meditation, and HIIT videos that can be accessed from anywhere at any time. Companies can purchase our corporate membership, which includes 24/7 access to the library and an optional LIVE yoga class via Zoom that employees can enjoy together, boosting team morale.

The corporate classes we teach have been very well received and continue to bring about positive results in the workforce. Our style of classes are low impact and relaxing while being physically challenging too. All of the exercises can be modified for various physical conditions and skill levels - perfect for the office environment.

I did a yoga class with a group from work. It was such a lovely way to connect with my colleagues, and such a wonderful way for us all to relax from our busy jobs. She tailored the class to what we were looking for. It was a BEAUTIFUL space, surrounded by nature. Even in the colder weather, the stove in the space kept us a perfect temperature!
