  • KIND is an off-the-grid, nature based yoga and mindfulness studio operating out of a picturesque greenhouse nestled amidst beautiful farmers fields and scenic landscapes in the GTA. Weather permitting, we offer classes from Mid-April to Mid-October.

  • Part of what makes KIND so special is the anticipation and excitement that comes with the reopening of classes every spring! The magic of classes in our off-the-grid greenhouse heated by a wood stove is something to look forward to. We close for the winters and reopen every season from April-October (weather permitting).

  • Spring/Fall Yoga: Our studio is heated by a cozy wood stove, however it is recommended students wear layers. We also recommend bringing a cozy blanket and some warm socks for your final Savasna - it’s worth it!

    Summer Yoga: In the summer, the studio is the same as the outside temperature. Bring extra water, sun protection, and bug repellant.

    *Please Note: We do not provide yoga mats or water.

  • Once at the Reesor’s Farm Market, look for the large signs labeled OVERFLOW PARKING on the right. Please respect our farmers and do not park in the lot designated for market customers.

    Once parked in the overflow lot, walk by foot up the gravel laneway behind the market. About halfway up the lane there will be a fork, turn left and walk straight ahead towards our large white greenhouse straight ahead.

  • Please come to class prepared and dressed as there are no change rooms on site. There is a basic outhouse bathroom tucked away beside the studio.

  • All registration is done prior to class online through our booking software. When you arrive, introduce yourself to the instructor so they can welcome you and show you around.

  • We do our very best to honour our posted schedule, however on occasion extreme weather conditions require us to cancel. We’ll send an email/text message to the contact info linked to your Wellness Living account. We recommend always checking your email an hour before leaving for class in case of a cancellation.

What is Yoga Etiquette?

Please read and respect The Kind Studio etiquette.

Please take only memories and leave only footprints.
Experience the grandeur of the natural world and leave it as you found it for others to enjoy.

Please respect the boundaries of The Kind Yoga property.
(If you're unsure of the boundaries, please check with the instructor)

Please be punctual and arrive 10-15 minutes early. Arriving early allows you to enjoy a mindful walk to the studio which will set the tone for your practice.

Observe personal hygiene, and please refrain from using strong colognes or perfumes.

Commit to being present in the moment. Please leave your phone in your cubby or vehicle to give yourself a break from the digital world.
