Who is this workshop for?
This class is for anyone who wants to improve their breathing pattern, be it because of a breathing disorder such as asthma, because of a physical performance goal, for deepening their meditation, or to address a physical or emotional block.
What to expect?
A short and simple lecture on the anatomy and physiology of breathing. Followed by a systematic exploration of our current breathing patterns and capacity, and the methods and practices on how to optimize this organic function. After the breathing session, once the body and mind have been harmonized, we will conclude with the breath awareness meditation of Anapana-Sati, followed by a Q&A.
