FACILITATOR?
Ellen Reesor is a studio owner and eternal student, currently completing her Bachelor of Psychology at UBC with the dream of becoming a clinical counsellor. She plans to combine her 1,000+ hours of yoga, physiology and mindfulness training with her knowledge of Eastern spirituality and embodied movement to guide others on their journey of meaning-making.
