DESCRIPTION

This acro yoga playshop experience is open to all levels and will evolve as we move in harmony together.  We will explore acro yoga postures, movements, and calibrations to discover how we can access a practice that moves with ease.  Unlock new skills with heightened awareness in alignment, strength and connection.
