What is KIND Yoga?

We are an off-the-grid, nature based yoga and mindfulness studio operating out of a picturesque greenhouse nestled amidst beautiful farmers fields and scenic landscapes in the GTA.

  • September 7, 8am-11:30am - Silent Workshop: Exploring the Space: Join Marg Drudge for a quiet, nourishing morning designed to help you pause, breathe, and explore the space within. Learn more and register here.

  • September 26 at 10am - PA Day Family Yoga! Join us for a playful, connection-focused class where children and caregivers explore kindness—to themselves, each other, and the earth. Recommended for families with kids aged 5-12. Registration includes 1 adult and up to 2 children. Sign up HERE.

  • October 4, 2025 - Our 2025 season will come to a close on Saturday, October 4th, and we’re planning special classes to mark the day. Stay tuned for details!

  • October 5 from 10am - 4:00pm - Awake As You Are Retreat: Join KIND founder Ellen Reesor for a full-day retreat rooted in Buddhist wisdom and traditions. Through mindful movement, meditation, and group reflection, we’ll explore the Buddha’s path to awakening - not as a distant goal, but as a liberating presence available in each moment. Beginners welcome - but come ready to dive deep.
